You can also click "F4" on your keyboard and manually turn your Low beams on, as well as any roof or front light accessories, or your beacon. Your parking lights and high beams can also be turned on in this menu. You can also do this with "Cabin Adjustment" from main menu. It seems to get reset every time you customize your truck, though.
